TripActions, a corporate commercial enterprise tour reserving platform, introduced it and raised $250 million in Series D funding led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z). Zeev Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and Group Eleven (formerly called SGVC) also joined this round. Including this spherical funding, TripActions has raised over $480 million.
With this spherical investment, TripActions has visible its valuation growth to $4 billion. TripActions has grown five times over the past 12 months. TripActions primary source of revenue is the $25 journey price it charges organizations whenever an employee books journeys. TripActions gets a fee from motel and flight companions. The enterprise plans to use the investment to clear up antiquated products and services and revel in the corporate journey management industry.
